For example, as of March 28, 2018, 35,786,278 Warrants had been exercised for 376,351,212 common shares in the capital of the Company (“Warrant Shares”) and 96,708,779 Warrants remained outstanding. As of March 28, 2018, the market price of our Common Shares remains significantly below the initial conversion and exercise prices of the Warrants and the Notes. To the extent that purchasers of the Warrants or Notes sell or exercise additional Warrants or convert the Notes, the market price of our Common Shares may decrease further due to the additional dilution and selling pressure in the market. The risk of dilution from issuances of Warrant Shares or pursuant to the conversion of the Notes may cause shareholders to sell their Common Shares, which could further contribute to any decline in the Common Share price.
