Cannabis ein sicherer mid-bigcap- Hafen?

das wurde so schon beschlossen und änderung der verfassung mit.
bin eher gespannt was da dann heute und in den kommenden wochen/monaten mit den aktien passiert.  

heute die Aktie umzutaufen. Mögliche Investoren sind verunsichert, wie man bei Facebook liest. Wird die Aktie vom Handel suspendiert, bis sie unter neuem Namen auftaucht?
Hat jemand sowas schonmal live erlebt?

Die Shorties müssen covern und weil das eine Rally auslösen würde, verkaufen sie sich untereinander die Aktien zu Tiefstpreisen. Deshalb der Kursrückgang

Erklär mir bitte wie das funktionieren soll, wie kann ein shorty geliehene Aktien die er (leer) verkauft hat, diese Aktien zu Tiefstpreis wem auch immer weiterverkaufen?
Wenn ein shorty covern (sich eindecken) muss, muss er die geliehenen Papiere über den Markt zurückkaufen und das wirkt kurstreibend (short squeeze)  

dürfte sich eher positiv auswirken,für Neueinsteiger die den alten nicht kennen,ich meine in Zukunft
Ich bin bei 1,84Euro rein und werd das aussitzen egal was kommt.Allerdings das erste Mal dass ich
sowas mache.Hab durch langen Urlaub total den Überblick verloren.

Handel nicht möglich. Bei euch auch? Hat jemand Erfahrung damit, wann so etwas bei uns über die Bühne gegangen sein wird?

P.S. Kann jemand den Thread anpassen für den neuen Namen? Und vielleicht den Thread, den einer für Auxly aufgemacht hat, mit diesem Verknüpfen? Wäre doch gut, oder?

handeln kann ich sie nur unter dem alten Namen, was ist das wieder für nen Mist, sollten es doch gebacken bekommen das den Namen zu ändern.  

 

bei mir steht im Depot immer noch der Kurs vom 08.06. drinnen und Handel ist nicht möglich. Was für eine scheiß Bank ist das bitte.

ING DiBa immer noch keine Aktien Handelbar, ich kann meine Aktien weder verkaufen noch welche Kaufen. Anfragen werden nicht beantwortet.

der berüchtigten kanadischen Short-Seller. Und leider haben die sich gerade Auxly an die Angel geholt.
Das muss man einfach aussitzen.
Ich habe heute nochmal für 0,75? nachgelegt. Jetzt heißt es abwarten, ob sich weitere Nachkaufchancen auftun und wann die Short-Seller genug haben.

Was sind schon -18%, wenn ich von einer Ver-7-fachung bis Ende 2019 rechne und deshalb investiert habe.
Die Aktie ist nichts für Trader, wohl aber für Investoren.

Kann es sein, dass die Namensänderung vom CEO ein Schachzug gegen die Short-seller war? Wird jedenfalls bei Facebook vermutet. Gab schließlich einen Handelsstop, bei dem weder die Panik-Verkäufer verkaufen, noch die Short-seller handlungsfähig waren. Warum sonst das Timing?  

habe nichts von einem Handelsstop mitbekommen, wann soll der gewesen sein ?

So I have noticed a definite change in a lot of the attitudes towards XLY in the last couple of days as the SP continues to drop.
Lots of
?Production estimates are 1/4-1/3 of what we were led to believe for 2019-2021?
?Shorts are killing us?
?Need a positive news release?
?Why the name change and re-Brand and why now???
and many more comments with members selling shares and being angry with management.
Ultimately every shareholder has to do what they think is best for them. Sell, accumulate, average down...whatever works for you.
I will admit that the current drop is a kick in the teeth but you have to consider a few things:
1. The production capacity for the next 3 years is FUNDED capacity which means that XLY will have 160,000kgs by 2021 without requiring any further capital. That is a lot of revenue for future investments to bring capacity up to the 620,000 kgs people were expecting. It just means it might be in 2022-2025 and not 2019-2021.
2. Would you rather the company increase capacity now through further dilution or revenue from 2019-2021. I know which one makes sense to me.
3. Would you want the company to invest huge sums of money (more dilution) in streams and partners who still haven?t met some of the conditions of the LOIs or would you prefer they make strategic investments and phase those investments over the next few years using existing capital and future revenue.
4. Would you want to be invested in a company that is a pure streaming company where margins on dried flower will decrease over time when supply meets demand or a company that has evolved and is in a great position to succeed with multiple revenue streams with higher margins.
If you look at the original investor deck that CBW put out, the production estimates are in line with what was originally communicated. The additional JVs and major deals can/will yield the amount we expect but only if management feels the additional investments to complete ALL phases of expansion are worth the reward. I would much rather have a management team invest wisely, in waves and using future revenue over further dilution.
If you are trading XLY or invested expecting a massive return quickly then yes it sucks. If you invested for value and recognize that companies evolve from inception until the time they bring true value to shareholders then you know that during this process all companies face rough waters.

Hi everyone, i forgot to say something in the XLY video that is very important. i will post this message on Youtube as well. "Sedar" stated that Mcap purchased those shares at 1.10 cents. but they are saying that this is a typo mistake, that in fact they bought it at 1.40 cents. The CFO from XLY confirmed that this was a typo and that the bought deal was at 1.40. Im sure they are working on it to resolve it. but the damage is already done, as XLY fell to 1.05 due to this misprint. In my opinion they should have halted trading for XLY until the issue was resolved, but unfortunately they did not. never the less, we were fortunate enough to buy it for such a cheap price.? "
