Molybdän ist und dürfte weiterhin eine wesentliche Wirtschaftsrolle spielen, und das wissen auch die großen Player.  

Schlaflose Nächte bereiten mir andere Werte wie CCE oder CLQ! Wegen Creston mache ich mir wenig Sorgen!

Die Aktie hat einen sehr stabilen Verlauf in den aktuellen Turbulenzen...

seitens einiger anderer besteht auch Intreresse und das ist auch gut so.......  

Offenbar passiert hier nichts mehr, man hätte bei 0,60 Can$ alles 'raushauen sollen.
Jetzt läuft's wie immer:
Man glaubt, eine aussichtsreiche Aktie im Depot zu haben, doch die Buchgewinne sinken jeden Tag weiter. Ich überlege, den kompletten Bestand zu verkaufen, bevor nichts mehr an Gewinn übrigbleibt. Das Risiko scheint hier nach wie vor extrem gross zu sein, Mercator hin oder her...

Wobei ich das nicht an Mercator festmache.
Also ich persönlich werde nur noch bis maximal Ende Juli insgesamt aktienmäßig aktiv bleiben und ziehe dann alles ab - nicht in ?, vermutlich in CAD.
Das wird jetzt meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr allzu lang dauern und es wird sehr heftig.
Naja, es gibt auch einLeben danach (ohne Aktien).
Bis es soweit ist, bleib ich hier bis Ende Juni 2011, es sei denn, es ergibt sich hier noch zwischenzeitlich etwas Besonderes.

Der Kurs wird jedoch zum 22. Juni hin weiter gedrückt werden, um möglichst viele Kleinanleger loszuwerden, denen man die Aktie sonst teurer abkaufen müsste.

Da Creston bereits um 20% gefallen ist, wäre es m.E. Unsinn, jetzt noch zu verkaufen...

Hoffe, dass da noch "Jemand" diesen Beiden einen dicken Strich durch die Rechung macht.

"Court Approves Business Combination of Mercator and Creston Mercator and Creston Proceeding to Closing to Create Leading Copper-Moly Company"

Vancouver, B.C., June 17, 2011 -- Mercator Minerals Ltd. (TSX: ML) ("Mercator") and Creston Moly Corp. (TSXV: CMS) ("Creston") are pleased to announce that the Supreme Court of British Columbia has granted an order approving the Plan of Arrangement (the "Arrangement") providing for the previously announced friendly business combination of Creston and Mercator.
As announced on June 14, 2011, the shareholders of Creston at its Special Meeting of Shareholders held on June 14, 2011 overwhelmingly approved the Arrangement. A special resolution approving the (the "Arrangement Resolution") was passed by Creston's shareholders present in person and by proxy at the Meeting. A total of 176,668,360 shares voted (excluding shares held by Bruce McLeod, who will become the new President & CEO of Mercator post-arrangement), representing 63.3% of the total eligible votes. Specifically, 99.3% of the votes cast in respect of the Arrangement Resolution voted in favour of the transaction.

Trading of the common shares of Creston on the TSX Venture Exchange will be halted at the opening of trading on June 20, 2011.

Subject to the satisfaction of certain other usual closing conditions, the Arrangement is expected to close on or around June 22, 2011.

Mercator was formerly known as Silver Eagle Resources Ltd. which had different management at the time of the filing. The filing was not disclosed to current management of Mercator. The order alleges that Silver Eagle Resources Ltd. (now Mercator) is delinquent in filing periodic reports with the SEC. Mercator is reviewing this matter with its United States legal counsel in order to resolve the matter. The SEC has placed restrictions on United States broker-dealers' ability to effect transactions in the common shares of Mercator. Mercator Minerals Limited gab gestern bekannt, dass die im April angekündigte Übernahme von Creston Moly Corporation abgeschlossen wurde. Mercator erwarb alle ausgegebenen und ausstehenden Stammaktien von Creston. Creston Moly ist damit nun ein 100%iges Tochterunternehmen von Mercator.

Gemäß Vereinbarung erhielten die Aktionäre von Creston für jede Creston-Stammaktie 0,15 einer Stammaktie von Mercator sowie 0,08 CAD in bar.

ich hatte mir da viel mehr ausgerechnet, auch gute News seitens Creston vor der Übernahme.
Naja, dann wird es die meiner Meinung nach wohl nach der Übernahme geben und Mercator darf damit "glänzen".
