Results of Operations
At March 31, 2016 total assets were $639,438 compared to $1,958,469 as at March 31, 2015. This decrease in assets is a result of a decrease in exploration and evaluation assets due impairments on the Company?s properties.

The Company has no operating revenues.

During the year ended March 31, 2016, the Company had a net loss of $1,948,792 compared to a net loss of $1,712,470 for the prior year. Expenses decreased as a result of reductions in Office and General, Professional and Share Based Compensation, offset by increases in Consulting and Management Fees. Activity pertaining to the exploration and advancement of the Company?s properties and the acquisition of additional assets has been limited due to financial restrictions of the Company.

In der Tat so - aber auf diesem Niveau schieß ich Dir jede Aktie dahin, wo ich sie haben will - daher muss man schön vorsichtig sein - schaun ne Mal inwieweit da ein paar Manipulierer dran sind ...  

...muss jetzt bald ein PP kommen, sonst wird das Geld knapp bei Unity, fürchte ich.  

mit einem Depotplus von 35% muss ich nicht gefrustet sein ... und dabei ist UNity bei mir im Minus ... so what, die 8K interessieren mich da nicht ... dein Dummqutaschen zeugt eher von Hilflosigkeit und absoluten Wissen .... viell. kannst du noch nicht einmal lesen, um dir Informationen zu beschaffen ... legt Deine 900 Angestelltengehalt lieber auf ein Tagesgeld an, als an der Börse.

UNITY ENERGY CORP. ANNOUNCES ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING

Unity Energy Corp. intends to hold its annual general and special meeting (AGSM) at 11 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on Dec. 15, 2016. The meeting will be held at Suite 313, 515 West Pender St., Vancouver, B.C., V6B 6H5, and the record date is set as Nov. 10, 2016.

The purpose of this meeting will be to re-elect the board of directors, ratify the company's 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan and vote on general matters. The company is seeking to approve, by a majority of disinterested shareholders, a special resolution to amend 392,500 options previously granted to insiders of the company. The options are currently exercisable at prices that range from 26 cents to 30 cents per share and are exercisable for a period of one and three years, respectively. The company would like to reprice all options to five cents per option, and all expiry dates will remain the same.

$150.000 statt $1,000,000, und nur zu CAD 0,05. Das Geld hält doch nicht lange....schade.

Gefährlicher Wert nun in meinen Augen. Obacht.  

 

Das Unternehmen kann gar nichts bieten außer einer Stück Wüste mit geringem Lithium Gehalt

Das sieht finanziell wirklich nicht gut aus. Tut mir leid. :-(  

Es tritt ein, was zu erwarten war: Unity kann diverse Optionsvereinbarungen finanziell nicht mehr erfüllen.

Und dass, obwohl einige Assets bereits abgeschrieben wurden. :-(  

für was du alles so Zeit hast! Nicht genug Arbeit? :-D  

Doch schon vor zig Std gelesen :D  

hatte diese Bude eigentlich abgeschrieben, in den letzten Tagen wieder etwas Bewegung drin. Gibt es irgendwelche news/rumor?  

Mein Bestand ist gesperrt,Kapitalmaßnahme,hat jemand Infos?Auf der Homepage ist nichts zu finden.
