HSINCHU, Aug. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Bermuda) LTD. ("ChipMOS") (Nasdaq: IMOS), an industry leading provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and testing services, today confirmed that none of its employees were harmed nor were the Company's manufacturing operations impacted by the recent gas explosion in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, which is approximately 30 miles from ChipMOS' Taiwan fab.
