Ob ein Token als Security Token klassifiziert wird, hängt vom Ergebnis des ?Howey Test? ab. Diesen hat der oberste Gerichtshof der USA im Jahr 1946 ins Leben gerufen, um zu bestimmen, ob es sich bei bestimmten Transaktionen um Kapitalanlageverträge (Investment Contracts) nach dem Securities Act von 1933 bzw. dem Securities Exchange Act von 1934 handelt. Besteht ein Token den ?Howey Test? nicht, wird dieser in der Regel nicht als Security Token klassifiziert.

Fazit: Security Token gelten als neue Konkurrenz für Aktien

Viele ICO-Projekte versuchen daher, nicht unter die Klassifizierung als Security Token zu fallen, da damit erweiterte Offenlegungs- und Registrierungsanforderungen und damit letztendlich auch höhere Kosten verbunden sind. Anleger, die in Kryptowährungen investieren, sollten wissen, dass sich ein Utility Token grundsätzlich von einer Aktie unterscheidet und dem Anleger kaum weitergehende Rechte einräumt.

Dies bedeutet, dass Anleger mit einem Utility Token keinen Anteil am Unternehmen erwerben und damit auch keinen Anspruch auf Dividenden oder sonstige Auszahlungen haben. Utility Token dienen lediglich als Werkzeug bzw. Tauschmittel auf der Blockchain, um bestimmte Funktionen auszuführen.

You need to now keep patience as soon as you publish the app on the Google Playstore.

I developed a cool HD Wallpaper android app. It got so many downloads from Austrailia, USA and Brazil, but Google was showing less only 100 downloads for many days. Although, I was clearly seeing 10K downloads on my google developer console. Then I realised the problem was in my settings, I fixed the date not to update the stats after with.
Just recheck your settings, I know the problem lies there. I may take some days and google play will update the stats.

So I would say be patient, and all the info will be released to us all soon enough!

So weit werden die von den 100+ wohl nicht weg sein.

Da wird eher krampfhaft versucht eine großen Userbasis anzugeben.
Erinnern wir uns alle mal an den Klassiker Epoxy. Eine gescheiterte App, und die Downloads haben das seit ewigen Zeiten aufgezeigt.

Weiters, diese Durchmischung von Truth, Foro Anwendern (die Lt Geschäftszahl NULL Umsatz generieren) mit einer Cannabis App (die bisher auch NULL Umsatz bringt) ist mehr als gewagt.

Einem, sagen wir 16 jährigem Truth Anwender, auch nur irgendwas von Cannabis aufgrund einer gemeinsamen Datenbasis anzubieten ist wohl kaum ohne massiven Klagen durchzuführen.

Wie schon gesagt, einfach Vorsicht walten lassen ...

He mentioned to focus on milestones and not worry about day to day fluctuations.  However,  I am curious how initial price of token would be set and who would be paying for those tokens to set that price.   It is very different than ipo after all.
